The Kind Fest is a week-long virtual festival focused on being kind to your mind, your body and the planet.
We have a fantastic line up of events starting our mornings with yoga and breath work sessions, afternoon talks that will inspire you, and a mix of evening sessions from sound baths to cook-alongs to a fun Friday packed with dancing and sing-along-social.
We hope that this week will set you up with the best possible mindset for the months ahead. We will be finishing the week with a visualisation and collage workshop on Saturday where you get to imagine 'Your Future You', dream big and map out your future goals. We'll be laughing our way into April, literally, with a laughing yoga class and a restorative session to close out on Sunday evening.
No matter what the news in April brings you'll be well equipped with all the tools to deal with whatever life throws at us and we look forward to bringing together an amazing community of people.
