The Kind Fest is a week-long virtual festival focused on being kind to your mind, your body and the planet.

We have a fantastic line up of events starting our mornings with yoga and breath work sessions, afternoon talks that will inspire you, and a mix of evening sessions from sound baths to cook-alongs to a fun Friday packed with dancing and sing-along-social.

We hope that this week will set you up with the best possible mindset for the months ahead. We will be finishing the week with a visualisation and collage workshop on Saturday where you get to imagine 'Your Future You', dream big and map out your future goals. We'll be laughing our way into April, literally, with a laughing yoga class and a restorative session to close out on Sunday evening.

No matter what the news in April brings you'll be well equipped with all the tools to deal with whatever life throws at us and we look forward to bringing together an amazing community of people.

Monday 22nd March

Join us for Rise & Shine yoga with Dane Hickey. We want to ensure you feel awakened, with your hearts and mind open to the week.

We will be moving together as the sun rises, combining traditional yoga asana with some fun strength building adaptations. The practice is breath focused throughout, so expect to move mindfully with the breath.

This class is suitable for all levels and make sure to bring any props that you may want for your practice.

Tuesday 23rd March

Sarah brings you Wild & Free Yoga as a method of deeply connecting with your body & instinctual self.

This will be a class to build strength in the legs, glutes and core to allow us to open the upper parts of the body like the shoulders, neck and chest. Wild & Free Yoga is a journey through the body and the breath to find freedom within.

We’ll be closing our day with one of my favourite sessions a sound bath run by Rachel Lenny.

Sound baths use the tones from crystal alchemy bowls to charm you away from the mental nose and chatter and connect you deeper with your inner world. It's a beautiful way to relax and wind down.

All you need is to dress comfy, lie down, relax and its recommended to use headphones if you have them.

Thursday 25th March

Introduced to yoga through drama school, Shane was not a yoga fan to begin with but with some persistent teachers eventually found an understanding and love for it. He started his practice in 2012 and used the free time during the pandemic to complete his teacher training.

Shane’s class will focus on opening up the front of the body and work towards releasing trapped energy that can be used to take you through the rest of the day.

Friday 26th March

We'll explore the air element with a heart opening practice.Beginning with meditation and an activating yin practice before we explore a spiralling Mandala Flow as we move 360 degrees around the mat.This creative & dynamic practice keeps you on your toes and challenges your coordination while shifting any stagnant energy.We'll finish with a pacifying Yin practice & a well deserved savasana :)

"Your Future You" will start with an introductory presentation which will cover tips, tricks and techniques of collage, after which the vision boarding exercise will take place.

Reggae Yoga is the union of movement and sound. Traditional Yoga asanas are being taught while sweet Reggae Music is being played. This class encourages you to express yourself.
