Orders are usually dispatched within 24hrs on weekdays and there is no delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

In the case of any stock issues we do our best to notify customers of the delay as soon as possible and/or provide alternatives.

Returns

If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your product or if your product is faulty then please get in touch hello@thekind.co and we will provide instructions on how to drop off your return.

We're happy to have partnered with local newsagents in Ireland so this service is easy and free to use.

We will refund any items returned (excluding initial shipping cost) within 30 days as long as they are unused and in the same condition that you received them in.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund to you original method of payment.
