    Orders are usually dispatched within 24hrs on weekdays and there is no delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

    Returns

    If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your product or if your product is faulty then please get in touch hello@thekind.co and we will provide instructions on how to drop off your return.

    We will refund any items returned (excluding initial shipping cost) within 30 days as long as they are unused and in the same condition that you received them in.

    Once your return is received, we will process your refund to you original method of payment.

    A Gentleman's tool kit???

    I purchased the bicycle tool kit for my SISTER (!!!) for Christmas, so I think perhaps the product should be advertised as simply a bicycle tool kit as distinct from A Gentleman's tool kit! In saying that, my sister, who is an engineer, got a good laugh from the packaging and was very happy with the set of tools.
