Refund policy

If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your product or if your product is faulty then please get in touch hello@thekind.co to notify us of this and then you can simply drop your package to your local convenience store!

We will refund any items returned (excluding initial shipping cost) within 30 days as long as they are unused and in the same condition that you received them in.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
