I bought this for a friend a few weeks ago. When it arrived I was so impressed with both the quality and the amount of work/effort the writers put into this journal. My friend loved it so much that I went and bought one myself. I struggle with my mental health and I find writing things down helps me yet I hardly ever do it. What I love most about the prompts in the journal is that it kinda gets rid of the dread of trying to think of what to write. I love the illustrations that you can colour in, the colour coded mood tracker is a great idea and the water prompts are fab! I know they are only little pictures of glasses of water at the end of the page but it really does push you to drink more during the day! Over all this journal is amazing. If you are like me and want to start journaling and getting the noise in your head to calm down, this is a great starting point! And finally, in a time where most of my life, whether its work or relaxing at home, relies on a screen, this little hardback book is quite nice to have and enjoy.
Love this journal. My daughter bought it for me some time ago and I got it for my friend recently. It's a fabulous journal. Lots of tips and hints. Helpful notes and guidance. Would highly recommend
